Partner Commitment Form | Honor Roll - Partners
Partnerships with businesses and community organizations will make it possible for Kids' Chance of Pennsylvania to continue to fulfill its mission: to provide scholarship grants for college and vocational education to children of Pennsylvania workers who have been killed or seriously injured in work related accident resulting in financial need. By becoming a Partner, your organization can help to insure that Kids' Chance continues to make the dream of higher education possible for deserving Pennsylvania students.
Levels of partnership reflect the four post secondary school class years of scholarship recipients, and are as follows:
Partner Levels
Senior Partner for an annual partnership of $10,000;
Junior Partner for an annual partnership of $5,000;
Sophomore Partner for an annual partnership of $2,500 and
Freshman Partner for an annual partnership of $1,000.
Kids' Chance Partnership contributions are made on a 12-month cycle and, as Kids' Chance is a registered 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, are fully tax deductible.

Kids' Chance Senior Partner: $10,000

• Acknowledgment in all Kids' Chance donor materials, such as our Annual Report and fall newsletter, Kids' Chance Report
• Prominent placement on Kids' Chance letterhead
• Company overview and acknowledgment on Kids' Chance web page, with a link to the sponsor company's web page
• Acknowledgement signage at annual events related to workers' compensation
• Receipt of a special Kids' Chance "Thank You" plaque
Kids' Chance Junior Partner: $5,000
• Acknowledgment in all Kids' Chance donor materials, such as our Annual Report and fall newsletter, Kids' Chance Report
• Acknowledgement on Kids' Chance letterhead
• Acknowledgment on Kids' Chance web page
• Acknowledgement signage at annual events related to workers' compensation
• Receipt of a special Kids' Chance "Thank You" plaque
Kids' Chance Sophmore Partner: $2,500
• Acknowledgment in all Kids' Chance donor materials, such as our Annual Report and fall newsletter, Kids' Chance Report
• Acknowledgement on Kids' Chance letterhead
• Acknowledgment on Kids' Chance web page
• Acknowledgement signage at annual events and conferences related to workers' compensation
• Receipt of a special Kids' Chance "Thank You" Certificate
Kids' Chance Freshman Partner: $1,000
• Acknowledgment in Kids' Chance donor materials, i such as our Annual Report and fall newsletter, Kids' Chance Report
• Acknowledgment on Kids' Chance web page
• Receipt of a special Kids' Chance "Thank You" Certificate
