	PSBA Insurance Trust endorses special postsecondary scholarship The PSBA Insurance Trust announced it again is endorsing a special postsecondary scholarship opportunity for children of workers who were seriously or fatally injured in work-related accidents. The scholarship program is administered through Kids' Chance of PA, Inc., a nonprofit, volunteer-driven organization. Founded in 1997, the program provides scholarships to deserving college-age children of Pennsylvania's seriously injured workers. Scholarships are good for one school year, beginning with the fall semester. Continuation of a scholarship is contingent upon reapplication, grades and the availability of funds.
