SCHOLARS PROGRAM:
Individuals and business and community organizations make it possible for Kids’ Chance of Pennsylvania to continue to fulfill its mission of providing scholarship grants for college and vocational education to children of Pennsylvania workers killed or seriously injured in work-related accidents.

By becoming a Scholars Program sponsor, you or your organization can help Kids’ Chance continue to make the dream of higher education possible for deserving Pennsylvania students.

CONTRIBUTION LEVEL:
The Scholars Program sponsor will contribute a minimum of $25,000.00 over a period of not more than five years. The contribution can be made in a lump sum or in equal semi-annual or annual installments.

SCHOLARS PROGRAM BENEFITS:
For five consecutive years, the Scholars Program sponsor will receive:

• Recognition through the naming of scholarship after sponsor
• Acknowledgment on Kids’ Chance letterhead
• Acknowledgment on Kids’ Chance website
• Acknowledgment on signs of various events
• Acknowledgment in Kids’ Chance Annual Report
• Acknowledgment in Kids’ Chance Newsletters
• Invitations to donor recognition events

Kids’ Chance will work with the Scholars Program sponsor with regard to photo opportunities, plaque presentations and articles for your company newsletter or website.

As a Scholars Program sponsor, you or your organization may recommend that its scholarship be awarded to a student pursuing a particular field of study. Kids’ Chance reserves the right to award the scholarship to a student pursuing a different field of study, in the event that there is not a suitable scholarship applicant for the recommended field of study.

At least ninety percent (90%) of the Scholars Program contribution will directly fund scholarships for deserving students. Up to ten percent (10%) also will fund other Kids’ Chance programs or administrative costs.
