PATH
Since 2003, qualifying students who have received one of our Kids’ Chance scholarship grants may be eligible for additional grant money, through a partnership with the PATH (Partnerships for Access To Higher Education) Program and the Pennsylvania Higher Education Association Agency (PHEAA). PATH grants frequently match the award amount of the KCPA grants, further easing a student’s financial burden! In order for Kids’ Chance of PA to submit an applicant for a PATH grant, the applicant must:
- be a recipient of a Kids’ Chance of Pennsylvania Scholarship grant;
- have received a Pennsylvania State Grant;
- be a resident of the state of Pennsylvania;
- be attending a college/university in the state of Pennsylvania;
- demonstrate financial need for a PATH grant.
Kids’ Chance of PA looks forward to continuing its partnership with PATH in order to leverage additional college grants for eligible students. Scholarship recipients will automatically be submitted for PATH consideration by Kids’ Chance of Pennsylvania.
